  I don’t usually have complaints. But today is a different matter. We purchased our tickets for infinity wars 3 weeks ago and we were told to arrive at 6:00pm (and we did) to receive our collectors coin. The movie doesn’t start until 7:00pm, we were told that the coins were for the first showing and only for the fan event. I carefully explained to the lady who had the coins that the employee who sold us the tickets assured us that we would receive the coins. She continued to repeat herself sounding like a recording. I observed her hand more than one coin per person to several customers. Really??? One of them wasn’t even going to see the movie, he entered a different movie☹️Any way just goes to show that the employees interpreted things differently.
