  Service response was lacking. Had to leave message and per their recording. Their recording assured if call was left before 4pm they would respond by 5pm that day. It is 10pm still waiting for a return call. Ultimately my need was urgent and assumed leaving a message would be sufficient to get a return call without going into detail when leaving the voicemail. We had to contact another RV dealer - Meyers RV - and they were very helpful. We now have hot water and can enjoy our first weekend of camping. Thank you Ken from Meyers. You helped our weekend not be a nightmare for new campers. We appreciate your taking time to help us even though we didn't buy our camper from you.
